The fastest way to reach us is by car via the A1.
From Hamburg in the direction of Lübeck with the Pansdorf exit.

If you arrive by train, it is only 350 m to the Schmiedestraße and 1500 m to the Neue Bergstraße.

Many of our apartments warmly welcome you with your dog.

We try to make your stay together as pleasant as possible, so that everyone feels at home.

Dog beaches in Scharbeutz can be reached on foot in about 20 minutes (direction Haffkrug).

 

We charge a one-off fee of €40.00 for the dog. With several dogs on request.

What is a tourist tax?

The tourist tax is often also referred to as tourism tax, guest tax, local tax, tourist tax or tourist tax. It is a financial local tax that tourists have to pay at their holiday destination. For several years, the spa tax has been levied in most health resorts and communities in Germany, and each community can determine the amount of the local tax individually.

The visitors tax is primarily intended to protect the environment and is used for cleaning and maintenance of the resort. In addition, this also enables the free tourist information center, entrances to sights and various events. A tourist tax covers many areas, so that the vacation spot always seems relaxing and inviting for the tourists.

 

When and where do you pay the tourist tax?

The visitor's tax is due on the day of arrival if it has not been paid in advance. It is calculated per person and night. Day visitors sometimes have to pay a daily tax. The tourist tax can be paid directly at the hotel, at the landlord of the holiday apartments or directly in the tourist center.

 

The tourist tax is stipulated by law – it must be paid, otherwise there may be a fine.

• In order to make the stay as pleasant as possible for everyone, we ask you not to organize parties or events in the apartments. Please be considerate of the other guests in the house.

• Of course, we still want you to feel at home.

• Our apartments are non-smoking apartments. Smoking with the window open is also not permitted. Please use the terrace and the balcony for this.

• Check-in from 3 p.m., check-out by 10 a.m. at the latest

• Dogs are very welcome in some of our apartments, but please let us know in advance so that we can prepare everything for your loved ones. The surcharge for a dog is €40.00.

• The quiet times in the house are between 10:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m.

• Minimum stays and prices vary depending on availability and season.

• If you feel ill or have Covid symptoms, we ask you to visit us at a later date.

• Our cleaning staff always tries to clean and disinfect the apartments for you within the shortest possible time. Therefore, support them and remove the beds when you leave and take your deposit and rubbish with you. Please pay attention to the waste separation.

Cancellation Policy

If you selected the option of free cancellation when booking, you can cancel your stay free of charge up to 14 days before arrival. In case of cancellation less than 14 days before arrival, the guest pays an amount equal to 80% of the total price. In case of no-show, the guest pays 100% of the total price. No more nights.
